Please call us the day before your trip.
A reservation fee will be charged in addition to the 400 yen pick-up fee.
*We may not be able to accept your reservation if we have a large number of reservations.
*We may not be able to accept your reservation for certain locations.
*We may not be able to accept your reservation for certain times of the day.
*If you cancel your reservation and do not contact us at least one hour before your scheduled time,
(the reservation fee + 400 yen pick-up fee) will be charged.

To ensure the safety of our passengers, we ask that you please fasten your seat belt. By having our crew members call out to passengers along with an automated voice message, we aim to increase the rate at which passengers in the rear seats fasten their seat belts.
